With Silver Service training, management experience, knowledge and enthusiast of wine and being a self professed foodie; her expertise extends across all the touch points that are reviewed as an overall experience.

In addition, Linda holds a business degree, a rich background in marketing, local Mystery Shopper experience and has done extensive research into international reviewing procedures. After visiting 22 countries she also has first hand experience of international standards. All the above, combined with a keen eye for detail ensures that the property is reviewed and rated across an array of relevant aspects, with itemised reporting allowing you to easily identify areas of strength and those that could do with some attention for an optimal guest experience.
